Hi, I’m Nika, a qualified health, wellbeing, strength and fitness coach based in Brighton & Hove, specialising in personalised coaching for real bodies and real life. I help women and men move away from restrictive diets and outdated workouts that no longer deliver results. Especially as the body changes with age, stress, injury or hormonal shifts.
My whole-person approach focuses on habit change, nutrition, strength training and supporting your health beyond food or exercise alone. No quick fixes, no extremes.

I spent years training hard, eating carefully, and doing everything “right.” Yet over time, my energy dropped and the results didn't show.
I began to question myself and wonder what I was doing wrong. It was frustrating, confusing and exhausting. Especially when I was still putting in a lot of effort.
That personal experience, combined with my work as an NHS Health & Wellbeing Coach, is why I now support men and women in building sustainable health without extremes, restriction or self-blame.
