I’ve been where you are now.

I spent years training hard, eating carefully, and doing everything “right”. Yet my energy dropped, what once worked no longer did and pushing harder only made things worse. That experience, combined with my work within the NHS, is why I now help men and women build sustainable habits that truly transform their lives.

Alongside my private coaching practice, I also work within the NHS as a Health & Wellbeing Coach, supporting people with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes to improve eating habits, lifestyle and long-term health outcomes.
This role gives me strong clinical insight and keeps my coaching firmly rooted in evidence-based practice, not trends, extremes or one-size-fits-all advice, but what actually works in real life.

What Makes My Coaching Different

I do this work because I’ve seen firsthand how damaging extremes, restriction and constant self-blame can be. Especially as bodies change with age, stress and life demands.
Earlier in my career, I followed highly disciplined, performance-focused approaches to training and nutrition. While they delivered short-term results, they weren't sustainable and over time led to fatigue, frustration and a disconnect from my body.
I believe health should feel supportive, not punishing. My role is to help you build strength, energy and confidence in a way that fits your real life, not someone else’s rules.
